This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Max Kline Consulting LLC, doing business as Evolution of Man ("Evolution of Man," "we," "us"), collects, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website, to our coaching application, and to the text messages we send.

1. Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. We do not buy contact lists, and we do not obtain your details from lead brokers or affiliates.

• Application details. When you apply for a strategy call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle, what you are struggling with, and your answers about income, budget, and readiness.
• Chat details. If you message us through the chat window on this site, we collect your name, phone number, and the message you send.
• Scheduling details. If you book a call, we collect the date, time, and any notes you provide.
• Lead magnet details. If you request our free guide, we collect your name and email address.
• Technical data. Standard server and analytics data such as browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed.

2. How we use your information

• To review your application and decide whether our coaching program is a fit.
• To contact you about your application, to schedule your strategy call, and to send reminders about a call you booked.
• To reply to messages you send us.
• To deliver coaching and support if you become a client.
• To send you content, program updates, and offers by email, where you have asked to receive them.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website, and to meet our legal and record keeping obligations.

3. SMS and text messaging

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive texts, either through the chat window on this site or on our application form, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Evolution of Man about your application, your strategy call, and your coaching. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

• Message types. Application confirmations and follow up, call scheduling and reminders, replies to your questions, and coaching support messages.
• Message frequency. Frequency varies based on where you are in the process. Most people receive up to 5 messages per week.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, call +1 (669) 322-8958, or email maxkline@evolutionofman.net.
• Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Email

If you opt in to our emails, we send content, program updates, and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing email does not stop messages about an application or a call you booked.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these situations:

• Service providers. Companies that run parts of our operation on our behalf, such as our CRM and messaging platform, our form provider, our email platform, our scheduling tools, our payment processors, and our website host. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons. Where we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
• Business transfer. If the business is sold or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. Plausible is privacy focused, does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across websites. It records aggregate data only, such as page views, referring site, country, device type, and how much of our videos people watch.

7. Data retention

We keep application and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and record keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email maxkline@evolutionofman.net and we will respond within a reasonable period.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

This website and our coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
