These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, our coaching application, and our text messaging program, all operated by Max Kline Consulting LLC, doing business as Evolution of Man ("Evolution of Man," "we," "us"). By using this site, submitting an application, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Evolution of Man is an online coaching business for men going through a breakup or divorce, founded by coach Max Kline and operated by Max Kline Consulting LLC, based in Oakland, California, United States. Our flagship program, Heartbreak to Hero, is delivered online through group and one-on-one coaching.

2. Using this site

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or copy its content for commercial use without permission. All text, images, video, and branding on this site belong to Max Kline Consulting LLC unless stated otherwise.

3. Applications and eligibility

Submitting an application does not create a coaching relationship and does not guarantee that you will be accepted. We review each application and may decline anyone for any lawful reason. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Coaching services

If you are accepted, the specific services, duration, price, and guarantee terms of your coaching are set out in the separate coaching agreement you sign at that time. That agreement governs the coaching relationship. These terms govern the website, the application process, and our text messaging program.

Any results or testimonials shown on this site are individual outcomes reported by real clients. They are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve. Results depend on your circumstances, effort, and participation.

7. Payment and refunds

Coaching fees, payment schedules, refund terms, and any guarantee are set out in your coaching agreement before you pay. Installment plans, where offered, are billed automatically on the schedule agreed at signup.

8. SMS text messaging terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, either through the chat window on this site or on our application form, you agree to receive text messages from Evolution of Man.

• Program description. Application confirmations and follow up, strategy call scheduling and reminders, replies to your questions, and coaching support messages.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Most people receive up to 5 messages per week.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive one final confirmation, after which you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at +1 (669) 322-8958 or maxkline@evolutionofman.net.
• Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Third party services

This site links to and relies on third party services, including our form, scheduling, CRM, messaging, and payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third party websites we link to.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Max Kline Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, with venue in Alameda County, California.
